Kiwi Rewards Terms and Conditions

This Kiwi Rewards Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Kiwi Rewards”) stipulates various reward schemes offered by Gokiwi Private Limited, a private limited (hereinafter referred as “Kiwi”) company having its registered office at registered office at A-101, Tower 5, Plot 8P-T, T-5, Diero, Lodha new cuffe parade, Antop Hill, Mumbai – 400037 and Principal office at – 1st floor, 1515 Urban, 19th Main Road , nearby Hustlehub, Vanganahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560034 India(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” or “Gokiwi”), to its end user (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Customer”) in relation to the use of the website www.gokiwi.in and/or the mobile application ‘Kiwi App’ available at Android/ iOS platforms (collectively referred to as the “Online Platform”).

1.Eligibility

Customer will become eligible for Kiwis (as defined below) from their first transaction. The transaction to be undertaken by the Customer will be in the multiples of Rs 50.

2.Kiwi Rewards

The points that the customers will earn will be called as “Kiwis”.
These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked account at any time.
Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth Rs 0.25/-.

3.Kiwi Reward Programme shall include the following programmes:

Kiwi Neon Programme
Transaction Rewards for Merchant Payments using cards issued on Kiwi app.
Transaction rewards for merchant payments using other Rupay credit cards
Transaction rewards for using your other accounts

This programme is for customers who have not opted in for the Kiwi Neon Membership or have disabled/deactivated the same.

For Customers who have opted-in for Kiwi Neon Membership please refer to the Section “The Kiwi Neon Membership Programme” for more details.

This offer is brought to you by Gokiwi Tech Private Ltd hereinafter referred to as “Kiwi”

Kiwi Eligible users - These are users who have been onboarded on Kiwi post passing the Kiwi Eligibility criteria and are enabled to do UPI transaction on the Kiwi app using their Bank accounts or Other Rupay credit cards (Rupay credit cards not issued via the Kiwi app)

Other Rupay credit cards - Rupay credit cards other than Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card and Yes Bank Klick Credit Card

Bank Accounts - Savings accounts linked to the “goaxb” UPI handle.

“Kiwis” for Merchant Payments

Kiwis” will be made available for a Minimum transaction value of Rs 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) spent on the merchants using your Other Rupay credit cards or Bank accounts

Max monthly cap on “Kiwis” earned is 800 “Kiwis” per user.
The cashback made available to the customer on these linked Savings accounts and other Rupay credit cards will be in the form of “surprise rewards” that may be offered from time to time.
Surprise rewards, if applicable, will be made available to the customer after a transaction is successfully completed, in the form of icons that need to be tapped to reveal the offer.
Surprise rewards icons will be visible only on the transaction success page.
Customers will be required to tap the icon/s to reveal the offer within 30 seconds of the display of the icon.
These rewards will not be made available in transactions pertaining to excluded categories as provided in section “4.h” of the Kiwi Rewards Terms and Conditions
For refunds the rewards will be reversed from your account.
Surprise rewards will not be available for Intent transactions.
The Value of rewards can change with each transaction and is solely at the Discretion of Kiwi.
Kiwi has the right to end or change the offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice / intimation.
Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw the offer and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
The Kiwi rewards shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform
This offer on other Rupay Credit cards is not valid if you already have an Axis Bank Kwik card or a Yes bank Klick card.

“Kiwis” for Person to Person (P2P) transactions using your Bank account -

The rewards may be provided in the form of surprise rewards.
Surprise rewards, if applicable, will be made available to the customer after a transaction is successfully completed, in the form of icons that need to be tapped to reveal the offer.
The Rewards Program is not open to residents of the states of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal Sikkim, Nagaland, or any other state where such contest/offer may be prohibited.
Surprise rewards icons will be visible only on the transaction success page.
Customers will be required to tap the icon/s to reveal the offer within 30 seconds of the display of the icon. If not done the rewards will expire.
The Kiwi surprise rewards will be provided for up to 20 successful P2P transactions and all expired rewards will be part of the count

General offer Terms and Conditions -

The Value of rewards can change with each transaction and is solely at the Discretion of Kiwi.
Kiwi has the right to end or change the offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice / intimation.
Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw the offer and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
The Kiwi rewards shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform.
The Rewards Program is not open to residents of the states of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal Sikkim, Nagaland, or any other state where such contest/offer may be prohibited
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards or to substitute the “Kiwis” Rewards by a similar or a new programme.
The Customer shall not hold the Kiwi responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the membership benefits.
In case of a dispute in relation to the eligibility of the membership, rewards, availability and refunds and all the aspects discussed in the Terms & Conditions above, the final decision lies with Kiwi. Kiwi may seek additional information from the customer for this purpose, including the invoices against transactions and credit card statements.
For purposes of clarity, Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any cardholder.
Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Cardholders should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
A customer is required to accumulate at least 500 Kiwis before redemption. Further, redemption of Kiwis can be made in multiples for 500 Kiwis only

“Referrer” is a customer who shares a unique invite code with others. A “Referee” is the person who joins using this invite code from the Referrer.

Terms & conditions for Referrer:

There are limited referral codes that a Referrer has at any point. The number of these codes is decided by Kiwi, and can change dynamically.
After the last available code is used, a set of fresh codes will be issued after a predefined time as decided by Kiwi and at the sole discretion of Kiwi. The time at which fresh codes will be issued will be shown on the referral screen.
Each code can only be used to invite 1 user. As soon as the referee enters the Referral code on Kiwi, that code will be termed as ‘used’, and cannot be used again.Just using the referral link does not count as a valid referral.
Valid referral is defined as when the “Referee” utilizes the code provided by the “Referrer” during his Card application Journey on Kiwi
It is necessary for the referee to enter the referrer’s invite code in the application for both the referrer and referee to avail referral benefits. If the code is not entered at this step, both the referrer and referee will be ineligible for referral benefits.
The referee will be able to enter the invite code only on one screen - there will be no other opportunity to enter the invite code after this.
The Referrer will earn 1200 “Kiwis” once the Referee makes their first successful UPI transaction on Kiwi using the credit card issued on the Kiwi app. This transaction must be completed by the Referee within 7 days from the date the referral code is generated for the Referrer to qualify for the rewards.

Terms & conditions for Referee:

A referee who has successfully validated an invite code after registering on Kiwi is eligible for Referral benefits
The current benefit to the Referee is a free 1 year subscription to the Kiwi Neon membership (check details in the Kiwi Neon section on this page). The Kiwi Neon membership will be active after the user’s virtual credit card has been issued on the Kiwi app.
Only referees who have downloaded the app using the link as well as registered and started the credit card application within 5 days will see the option to enter the referral code.
A referee must enter the invite code given by their referrer to get the Referral benefits
A referee will be blocked from availing Referral benefits if they enter the wrong code 5 times. The no of attempts can be changed at the sole discretion of Kiwi.
The referee will be able to enter the invite code only on one screen - There will be no other opportunity to enter the invite code after this.
In case the Referee forgets to enter the code on the screen, they will not be eligible for the offer even if they have downloaded the app using the Referral link provided by the Referer.

4.Terms and Conditions

Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
Kiwi reserves the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
Kiwi reserves the right to determine customers’ eligibility for Kiwi rewards, and disqualify any customer who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
The Kiwi rewards shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company. Kiwi may seek additional information from the customer for this purpose, including the invoices against transactions and credit card statements.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards or to substitute the “Kiwis” Rewards by a similar or a new programme.
The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programmes.
These “Kiwis” Rewards Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
Participation in any Reward Promotion is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any Reward Promotion. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
The Reward Promotions are offered to the Users on an “as is” basis and without warranty or condition. The Reward Promotions may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Users waive all claims against Kiwi.
Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any Reward Promotion. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any Reward Promotion.
