Offer Period: Offer is valid from 10th January 2026 - 31st January 2026, both dates inclusive (“Offer Period”).

Kiwi reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Offer (or make any changes) at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

The Offer is open to all customers availing EMI on UPI on Insurance Payments via Kiwi, using credit card issued on the Kiwi app after 4th July, 2024

2. Qualifying Transactions

1. Category: Insurance
2. MCCs: 5960, 6300, 6381, 6399

Only insurance transactions processed successfully during the Offer Period, and meeting all other conditions, shall qualify.

The EMI on UPI feature is live for Yes Bank Klick credit card currently.

3. Offer Construct / Benefit

Examples:

• Purchase of ₹40,000 at 3-month EMI @ 16% interest → interest ₹1,071 → cashback = ₹1,071 (100% cashback)
• Purchase of ₹40,000 at 9-month EMI @ 16% interest → interest ₹ 2,714 → cashback = 0 (No Cashback)

4. Processing Fees & Disclosures

1. Processing fees (if any) as levied by the bank / EMI partner apply, and are payable by the Customer.
2. All relevant fees, interest rates, and terms of the EMI (including late payment fees, if any) will be clearly disclosed in the app / payment flow before confirming the transaction.

5. Cashback Terms

1. Cashback pertains only to the interest portion of the EMI; principal is not eligible.
2. Cashback offer only applies to Insurance merchant categories (MCCs - 5960, 6300, 6381, 6399) where issuing Bank does allow conversion to EMI
3. Cashback is applicable on transactions where the offer is clearly displayed at the point of transaction
4. Cashback will be credited as Kiwis to the customer's account after the EMI conversion
5. In case the EMI transaction is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, cashback will be reversed from the customer's account
6. Valid for successful transactions made using Kiwi's EMI on UPI offering, and standard EMI on UPI terms and conditions apply
7. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined / clubbed with other Kiwi or partner offers unless explicitly stated. Therefore, customers availing this offer will not be eligible to receive any other cashbacks for the transaction.
8. In cases where multiple offers are applicable, Kiwi will determine which offer applies.
9. Only transactions from merchants or merchant categories mentioned above are eligible for the offer.
10. Customers found misusing the Offer, engaging in fraud, or violating fair usage policies will be disqualified. Kiwi reserves the right to refuse cashback or otherwise exclude such customers.
11. Offer not valid in states or jurisdictions where prohibited by law, regulation, or authorities.
12. Any dispute in connection with eligibility for the Offer, correctness of cashback computed, or other matters will be resolved by Kiwi at its sole discretion.
13. Kiwi may request additional documents (e.g. invoices, bank statements) to verify claims.
14. Any tax liability arising out of cashback or other benefit received under the Offer shall be borne by the Customer.
15. Offer subject to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines including but not limited to those of NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India), Reserve Bank of India, partner banks.
16. These Terms are in addition to, and do not supersede or replace, Kiwi's standard Terms & Conditions and other policies. Where a conflict arises, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this specific Offer.
17. Kiwi makes no warranty, express or implied, about the Offer being uninterrupted or error-free.
18. Kiwi may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer, or change eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice.
19. Kiwi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or expense suffered by You in conducting or availing of the Offer, except where prohibited by law.

6. General Offer Terms

1. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
2. Offer shall not be valid on Canceled/Refunded transactions.
3. Kiwis earned on purchases will be reverted in case of refund.
4. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
5. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
6. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
7. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
8. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
9. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programmes.
10. This offer's Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
