Processing Fee Cashback Offer - January 2026

Offer Validity Period: Valid from 12:00:00 PM on 24th January, 2026 to 11:59:59 PM on 31st January, 2026

1. Eligibility

1. This offer is open only to users who have been specifically selected and notified by Kiwi via in-app notification on Kiwi, SMS, email, WhatsApp.
2. This offer is valid only on eligible card transactions converted to EMI after the transaction from the Card Management Section on the Kiwi app (Post-Transaction EMI).
3. Only post-transaction EMI conversions completed during the offer period and meeting all stated conditions shall qualify for rewards.
4. The offer shall continue during the Offer Period unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier by Kiwi at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
5. Kiwi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Offer Construct

1. Customers who convert eligible card transactions after the transaction from the Card Management Section on the Kiwi app during the Offer Period, as communicated by Kiwi, will receive a 100% cashback equivalent to the processing fee (excluding applicable taxes) charged.
2. The cashback amount will be credited in the form of Kiwis, as per Kiwi's standard rewards conversion policy:
   • ₹1 = 4 Kiwis
3. Cashback will be calculated only on the processing fee and not on the transaction amount or interest.
4. All standard card, EMI, and rewards terms & conditions apply.

3. Reward Crediting

1. Eligible users who qualify for the offer and meet all offer criteria will have the rewards credited to their account.
2. Rewards will be processed within 7 working days of satisfying the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise communicated.
3. The cashback will be credited to customers in the form of “Kiwis”
4. These Kiwis can be redeemed to the savings account linked to the “goaxb” UPI ID
5. Each “Kiwi” is currently worth INR 0.25/-

4. General Offer Terms

1. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
2. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
3. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
4. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
5. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
6. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
7. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programmes.
8. This offer's Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
