Subscribe to the Kiwi Neon Membership (1-year subscription at ₹999 + applicable taxes) during the Offer Period and receive a ₹2,000 Xiaomi voucher as a welcome gift.

1. Eligibility

1. The offer is available only to customers who have received communication from Kiwi App via Push or Whatsapp and successfully subscribe to the Kiwi Neon Membership (1 year) during the Offer Period.
2. The offer is valid exclusively for users holding a YES Bank Klick Credit Card issued on Kiwi.
3. The Neon Membership subscription must be successfully purchased during the Offer Period to qualify.
4. Each eligible customer can avail this offer only once.

2. Offer Benefits

1. Eligible users will receive one ₹2,000 Xiaomi voucher as a welcome gift upon successful subscription to the Kiwi Neon Membership.
2. The voucher will be shared with eligible users within 72 Hours via WhatsApp or Email, as per records available with Kiwi.

3. Xiaomi Voucher Usage & Redemption

1. The Xiaomi voucher is redeemable only on www.mi.com, including the mobile website and official Mi mobile application (“Mi.com”).
2. The voucher is valid on all products listed on Mi.com, subject to availability.
3. Each voucher code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed on or before 31st December 2025. Any unused voucher after the expiry date shall lapse automatically.
4. Xiaomi Redemption Process:

1. Visit Mi.com and select the desired product(s).
2. Add the product(s) to the cart.
3. At checkout, enter the voucher code in the designated coupon/code field.
4. The applicable discount (up to ₹2,000) will be applied.
5. Any amount exceeding the voucher value shall be paid by the customer.

4. Xiaomi Voucher Conditions

1. The voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions available on Mi.com.
2. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, valid for single use only, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
3. In case of cancellation or refund of an order placed using the voucher, the voucher shall be deemed used and will not be reissued or reused.

5. General Terms

1. Cancelled, failed, reversed, or refunded Neon Membership subscription transactions will not be eligible for this offer.
2. Kiwi reserves the right to determine eligibility and to disqualify any user in case of suspected fraud, misuse, gaming of the offer, suspicious activity, or violation of applicable laws or fair-usage norms.
3. Xiaomi shall be solely responsible for product quality, fulfilment, delivery, warranty, and customer support for purchases made using the voucher. Kiwi shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from voucher redemption on Mi.com.
4. In case of any dispute relating to eligibility, fulfilment, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Kiwi’s decision shall be final and binding.
5. Kiwi reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice. Nothing herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer or the Kiwi Rewards program.
6. Participation in this offer is completely voluntary.
7. Kiwi does not guarantee any reward unless all eligibility conditions are met.
8. Kiwi shall not be responsible for any tax implications arising from the receipt or use of the voucher. Users are advised to seek independent tax advice.
