1. Eligibility
   1. This offer is available only to select users. If you see the offer banner or message in your Kiwi app, you are currently eligible.
   2. You may receive notifications, but eligibility is confirmed only if the offer is visible in the app at the time of use. Offer availability may change over time.
   3. A maximum of one eligible transaction per day will be counted towards the offer. Even if multiple eligible transactions are made in a single day, only the first one will be considered.
   4. Offer is applicable to users 3 transactions of ₹100 and above during the offer period.
   5. Cashback on each of the three transactions is ₹20 and overall Cashback is ₹60 (240 Kiwis) per user for the offer
   6. Valid only on Yes Bank Klick Credit Card transactions on the Kiwi platform only.
   7. Reward will be won in the form of “Kiwis”, and 4 Kiwis equal ₹1.

3. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
4. Customer eligibility for the offer is at the sole discretion of Kiwi, and Kiwi reserves the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity, any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations.
5. In case of a dispute, the final decision lies with the Kiwi.
6. Customers selected are at the sole discretion of Kiwi.
7. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer.
8. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any offer. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
9. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
