Kiwi Promise

Terms and conditions

  1. Kiwi Promise is only applicable for Axis Kwik Credit Card transactions done through Kiwi UPI app.
  2. Kiwi Promise is only applicable where a transaction is failed and money got debited from the account on the Kiwi app.
  3. Users should report about failed transactions where money has not been automatically reversed to your card account within 3 working days from the time of transaction.
  4. Kiwi would investigate and if Kiwi finds that the amount of the failed transaction has not been reversed it will credit the same into the bank account linked with the UPI ID on the Kiwi app within 12 days from the time of reporting the issue.
  5. Users can write to Kiwi at care@gokiwi.in or Whatsapp at +91 81470 39992 to inform the same.
  6. Credit of funds are at the sole discretion of Kiwi and customers will need to accept the outcome of the final investigation done by Kiwi.
