Kiwi Rewards Terms and Conditions

This Kiwi Rewards Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Kiwi Rewards”) stipulates various reward schemes offered by Gokiwi Private Limited, a private limited (hereinafter referred as “Kiwi”) company having its registered office at registered office at A-101, Tower 5, Plot 8P-T, T-5, Diero, Lodha new cuffe parade, Antop Hill, Mumbai – 400037 and Principal office at – Urban Vault, HSR Layout 1608, 7th Cross road, sector 1, HSR layout,Agara Village, Bangalore - 560102 India(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” or “Gokiwi”), to its end user (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Customer”) in relation to the use of the website www.gokiwi.in and/or the mobile application ‘Kiwi App’ available at Android/ iOS platforms (collectively referred to as the “Online Platform”).


1.Eligibility

Customer will become eligible for Kiwis (as defined below) from their first transaction. The transaction to be undertaken by the Customer will be in the multiples of Rs 50.


2.Kiwi Rewards

  1. The points that the customers will earn will be called as “Kiwis”.
  2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked account at any time.
  3. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth Rs 0.25/-.

3.Kiwi Reward Programme shall include the following programmes:

  1. Rewards for Onboarding for the Axis Bank Kwik Credit card –
  2. Transaction rewards for merchant payments using the Axis Bank Kwik Credit card
  3. Exisiting Axis Bank Kwik Card holders are not eligible for this offer
  4. Transaction rewards for using your other accounts –
  5. Referral Rewards
  6. other offers

The Kiwi Neon is an annual subscription programme currently available only for select users, and allows for multiple benefits when the customer uses the Kiwi app for UPI transactions

Annual Fee of the Kiwi Neon subscription is available at Rs. 999. This offer is waived for users who are issued a credit card via the Kiwi app between 1st Jul’24-30th Oct’24, provided such customers subscribe to the offer within 15 days from linking their Credit Card to Kiwi UPI

Offer details as below:

  1. For credit cards issued via the Kiwi app:
    1. 5% cashback on spends of Rs.1,50,0000 on the credit card
      1. Base earn: 0.5% on collect+ intent; 2% on scan & pay on large merchants
      2. Milestone 1: 3% cashback on achieving eligible spends of Rs.50,000 (incl. Base) + 1 lounge access
      3. Milestone 2: 4% cashback on achieving eligible spends of R.1,00,000 (Incl. Base) + 1 lounge access
      4. Milestone 3: 5% cashback on achieving eligible spends of Rs.1,50,000 (Incl. Base) + 1 lounge access
    2. Milestone will be calculated as follows:
      1. Milestone 1: 3%* (Total spends on Kiwi - spends on exclusion categories - refunds) net of rewards accumulated up under Kiwi Neon subscription for the year
      2. Milestone 2: 4%*(Total spends on Kiwi - spends on exclusion categories - refunds) net of rewards accumulated up under Kiwi Neon subscription for the year
      3. Milestone 3: 5%*(Total spends on Kiwi - spends on exclusion categories - refunds) net of rewards accumulated up under Kiwi Neon subscription for the year

      4. Users have to subscribe for the programme for the Kiwi Neon offer to apply. Else, customer will earn rewards as per regular Kiwi rewards program
      5. Kiwi reserves the right to waive off the fees as determined from time to time, and upon Kiwi’s discretion.
      6. Milestone spends will be calculated from date of enrollment to Kiwi Neon
      7. Reward points will be credited after 30 days, on the last day of the subsequent month.
      8. Refunds, if any, will be excluded from the rewards earned
      9. User is required to accumulate at least 500 Kiwis before redemption, across all rewards programme
      10. Subscription for the Kiwi Neon Programme is completely voluntary. Users who choose to not subscribe to the programme, will continue to earn rewards as per regular Kiwi rewards program.
    3. Other Terms and Conditions applicable on Kiwi Reward programmes
      1. “Kiwis” are earned on spends of every Rs 50 spent on the card, i.e. “Kiwis” are calculated on multipliers of Rs 50. For illustration, on 2% cashback:
        1. Transaction of Rs 75/- : 1 “Kiwis” earned
        2. Transaction of Rs 100/ - : 2 “Kiwis” earned
        3. Transaction of Rs 175/- : 3 “Kiwis” earned
      2. On a monthly basis, customers can earn a maximum of Kiwis equivalent to 1% of the total credit limit on the Kiwi partner credit card.
      3. The above mentioned cap on Kiwi rewards will be reset at the start of every month
      4. The Kiwi rewards shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
      5. The below are excluded categories where customer does not earn any “Kiwi” reward points on transactions:

      6. Also, any merchant which as per internal records of the Bank or Kiwi is promoting/ enabling unfair usage of credit cards or cash encashment will be disqualified/ excluded from rewards earned.
      7. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
      8. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
      9. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards or to substitute the “Kiwis” Rewards by a similar or a new programme.
      10. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
      11. In case of a dispute in relation to the eligibility of the rewards, availability and refunds and all the aspects discussed in the Terms & Conditions above, the final decision lies with Kiwi.
      12. Kiwi reserves the right to determine cardholders' eligibility for the Kiwi Neon offer and to disqualify any cardholder who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
      13. The KRR offer shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered for rewards. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
      14. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw the offer and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
      15. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary and cardholders may choose to not participate in any offer.
      16. For purposes of clarity, Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any cardholder.
      17. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Cardholders should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.

  1. “Kiwis” for every Rs 50 spent on the card – “Kiwis” are calculated on multipliers of Rs 50/- i.e.
    1. Transaction of Rs 100/ - 2 “Kiwis” earned.
    2. Transaction of Rs 75/- - 1 “Kiwis” earned.
    3. Transaction of Rs 175/- - 3 “Kiwis” earned.
  2. 2X “Kiwis” on Scan and Pay transactions. i.e. Customer earns 2 “Kiwis” for Every Rs 50 spent on the card by Scanning a UPI QR.
  3. Max monthly cap on “Kiwis” is 1% of the total credit limit on the card,
  4. Customers who have joined the Waitlist will be eligible for higher rewards for a period of 6 Months from the date of onboarding.
    1. Waitlist customers who complete the onboarding for the Axis Bank Kwik Card within 15 days of getting access to the product will be eligible for Higher rewards.
    2. Waitlist customers will earn 4X “Kiwis” on Scan & Pay transactions i.e customers will earn 4 “Kiwis” for every Rs 50 spent the card by scanning a UPI QR.
    3. Waitlist customers will earn 2X “Kiwis” on online transactions i.e customers will earn 2 ”Kiwis” for every Rs 50 spent the card through Collect / Intent transactions.
    4. Max monthly cap on “Kiwis” is 2% of the total credit limit on the card for a period of 6 months from the date of onboarding.
  5. Kiwis earnings cap for transaction rewards gets reset at the start of every month and the monthly cap is calculated for the period between 1st to 30th/31st of every month.

  7. The Category of the merchants will be defined by the Merchant category code received by us in the transaction.

  1. Other Rupay Credit Cards are defined as Credit Cards other than Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card.
  2. “Kiwis” for every Rs 100 spent on the card – “Kiwis” are calculated on multipliers of Rs 100/- i.e.
    1. Transaction of Rs 100/ - 1 “Kiwis” earned.
    2. Transaction of Rs 235/- - 2 “Kiwis” earned.
    3. Transaction of Rs 375/- - 3 “Kiwis” earned.
  3. Max monthly cap on “Kiwis” earned with other Rupay Credit Cards is 400 “Kiwis”.
  4. Kiwis earnings cap for transaction rewards gets reset at the start of every month and the monthly cap is calculated for the period between 1st to 30th/31st of every month.

  6. The Category of the merchants will be defined by the Merchant category code received by us in the transaction.
  7. Exisiting Axis Bank Kwik Card holders are not eligible for this offer

  1. Other accounts are defined as any of the Savings Accounts at any Bank.
  2. Customers will receive rewards in the form of “Kiwis” for transactions done using their other accounts on the Kiwi app.
  3. The Rewards Program is not open to residents of the states of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal Sikkim, Nagaland, or any other state where such contest/offer may be prohibited.
  4. The Reward you receive may be determined basis factors such Rewards that You may have received in the past, payment methods that You may use, how often You use the Kiwi Platform, etc.
  5. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined.
  6. The rewards are provided at the sole discretion of Kiwi and the final decision on the value of “Kiwis” to be provided will be with Kiwi.
  7. You will be eligible for “Kiwis” only on Transactions above Rs 50/- (Rupees Fifty only)

  1. Invite your friends to link RuPay Credit Cards and they enjoy rewards on every transaction
    1. ₹100 cashback over first 10 RuPay transaction for min transaction amount of ₹50
    2. 1 Kiwi on every RuPay card transaction of ₹100
  2. Eligibility
    1. Axis Kwik Credit Card will not be eligible for these rewards
    2. All Other RuPay Cards will be eligible
  3. Reward will be won in the form of “Kiwis”, and 4 Kiwis equal ₹1.

  7. In case of a dispute, the final decision lies with the Company.
  8. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer.
  9. Customers selected are on the sole discretion of Kiwi.
  10. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any offer. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
  11. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
  12. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
  13. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.

3. Kiwi Rewards

  1. The points that the customers will earn will be called as "Kiwis"
  2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked savings account at any time
  3. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth Rs 0.25/-
  4. Customers using Axis Bank Kwik Card rewards programme will not be eligible for this offer

4. Offer Terms

    A) First Transaction Reward

    1. 1,000 Kiwis on successfully completing the first scan & pay transaction on Kiwi using a Rupay credit card issued by a Partner Bank

    B) Transaction Reward

    1. 1 “Kiwi” for every Rs 100 spent on the card – “Kiwis” are calculated on multipliers of Rs 100/- i.e
      1. Transaction of Rs 100/ - 1 “Kiwi” earned
      2. Transaction of Rs 200/- 2 “Kiwis” earned
      3. Transaction of Rs 275/- 2 “Kiwis” earned
      4. Transaction of Rs 325/- 3 “Kiwis” earned
    2. Maximum rewards that can be earned in a month is capped to 2,000 “Kiwis” per calendar month
    3. Kiwis earnings cap for transaction rewards gets reset at the start of every month and the monthly cap is calculated for the period between 1st to 30th/31st of every month

    6. The Kiwi’s offer is valid for 3 months from date of the 1st transaction of the user

5. Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer
  2. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion
  3. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited
  4. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company
  5. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards or to substitute the “Kiwis” Rewards by a similar or a new programme
  6. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards
  7. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards
  8. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme
  9. These “Kiwis” Rewards Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer
  10. Participation in any Reward Promotion is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any Reward Promotion. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner
  11. The Reward Promotions are offered to the Users on an “as is” basis and without warranty or condition. The Reward Promotions may not be uninterrupted or error- free. Users waive all claims against Kiwi
  12. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any Reward Promotion. Users should obtain an independent tax advice before entering any Reward Promotion

4.Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
  2. Kiwi reserves the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
  3. Kiwi reserves the right to determine customers’ eligibility for Kiwi rewards, and disqualify any customer who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.

    12. Purchases converted to EMI Post-Facto
    13. Payment of Card Fees & Other Charges (bill payments)
    14. Service Stations
    15. Telecom & Cable
    16. Professional Services (Legal, Financial Services, etc.)
    17. Any merchant which as per internal records of the Bank or Kiwi is promoting/ enabling unfair usage of credit cards or cash encashment.
  9. The Category of the merchants will be defined by the Merchant category code received by us in the transaction.
  10. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw Kiwi Rewards and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the same.
