Flight Bookings
1. Eligibility
- This offer is available exclusively to Kiwi app users who hold a Kiwi-issued credit card (Yes Bank Klick / AU Bank Kosmo / PNB Bank issued via Kiwi).
- Flight bookings must be initiated and completed on the Kiwi mobile application.
- Payment must be made using the Kiwi-issued credit card linked to your Kiwi account.
- Bookings paid using any other card, UPI handle, wallet, or other payment methods - including other bank credit/debit cards - will not qualify for this cashback.
2. Cashback Structure
A flat 4% cashback will be credited on the total flight booking amount, split as follows:

What this means for you
The 3.5% additional cashback on flights sits outside your regular monthly reward cap. You earn the full 4% regardless of how much cashback you have already accumulated that month.
3. Cashback Crediting
- Cashback will be credited to your Kiwi rewards balance after the booking is confirmed and the transaction is successfully processed.
- Crediting timelines are subject to standard Kiwi rewards processing cycles. Refer to the General T&C for applicable timelines.
- The base cashback (0.5%) and additional cashback (3.5%) will be credited separately and may reflect as distinct line items in your rewards statement.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- In the event of a full or partial cancellation of a flight booking, the cashback credited - both base and additional - will be reversed proportionally to the refunded amount.
- If only a portion of your booking amount is refunded (e.g., partial cancellation, airline penalty deducted), only the cashback corresponding to the refunded portion will be reversed.
- Cashback reversal will be processed after the refund is confirmed by the airline/payment processor and reflected in Kiwi's system.
- Kiwi is not responsible for delays in cancellation processing caused by the airline, booking partner, or banking partner.
Example
You book a flight for ₹10,000 and receive ₹400 cashback (4%). You cancel and receive a refund of ₹8,000. Kiwi will reverse ₹320 (4% of ₹8,000). You retain ₹80 cashback on the non-refunded ₹2,000.
5. Exclusions
- Bookings made outside the Kiwi app - including direct airline websites, other travel portals, or third-party apps - do not qualify.
- Any payment made via a card or instrument other than the Kiwi-issued credit card does not qualify, including other credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or non-Kiwi UPI.
- Cashback will not be applicable on ancillary charges (seat upgrades, excess baggage, meal add-ons) processed separately from the base booking.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional cashback offer on the same transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Fraudulent, disputed, or reversed transactions are not eligible.
6. Monthly Reward Limit
The 3.5% additional cashback component from flight bookings is excluded from your standard monthly reward limit. Only the 0.5% base cashback will be counted against your monthly cap.
The monthly reward limit applicable to all other transaction categories remains unchanged. For details on your applicable cap, refer to your card's reward terms or the Kiwi app.
7. General Terms
- Kiwi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute regarding cashback credits or reversals, Kiwi's decision shall be final and binding.
- This offer is valid for individual users only. Commercial or bulk bookings are not eligible.
- Cashback earned under this offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- These terms are in addition to and should be read alongside the Kiwi General Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, the product-specific terms here shall prevail for flight booking cashback.
- By making a flight booking on the Kiwi app using your Kiwi-issued card, you agree to these terms.
