EatSure Cashback on Food Delivery

Offer for existing Kiwi users:

1. Eligibility

   Customers will be eligible for the offer for the transaction done using Kiwi on EatSure between 06:00:00 pm on 13th December, 2024 and 11:59:59 pm on 31st January, 2025.

2. Offer Terms

   1. 20% Cashback on successfully completing the transaction using “goaxb” UPI handle on Kiwi on EatSure.
   2. Minimum order value of INR 499 is required.
   3. Maximum cashback is capped at INR 250.
   4. Offer is valid once per user for the offer period.
   5. Users can use a savings account or any Rupay Credit Card linked on Kiwi for completing the transaction.
   6. Offer valid on the Delivery section in the EatSure mobile application.
   7. EatSure and Kiwi reserve the right to withdraw, modify or replace this offer without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
   8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/scheme.
   9. The offer is to be availed by customers only after completing the transaction for the order on Kiwi.

Offer for new Kiwi users:

1. Eligibility

   To be eligible for this offer, customers must make their first-ever transaction using the Kiwi application on EatSure between 06:00:00 pm on 13th December, 2024 and 11:59:59 pm on 31st January, 2025.

2. Offer Terms

   1. 44% Cashback on successfully completing the first transaction using “goaxb” UPI handle on Kiwi on EatSure. (20% + additional 30% = 44% effective cashback)

   2. For example:

      A new user completes a successful transaction of ₹500 using Kiwi on EatSure

      20% Cashback = 20% of 500 = 100

      Effective amount = 500 - 100 = 400

      Additional cashback of 30% = 30% of 400 = 120

      
      

      Total cashback = 100 + 120 = 220

      (Which amounts to 44% of the transaction amount i.e. 500)

   3. Minimum order value of INR 499 is required.
   4. Maximum cashback is capped at INR 250.
   5. Valid only for new Kiwi eligible users.
   6. Users availing this offer are not eligible for the EatSure offer for existing users.
   7. Offer is valid once per user for the offer period.
   8. Users can use a savings account or any Rupay Credit Card linked on Kiwi for completing the transaction
   9. Offer valid on the Delivery section in the EatSure mobile application.

Kiwi Rewards

1. The points that the customers will earn will be called as "Kiwis"
2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked savings account at any time
3. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth INR 0.25/--
4. Kiwis will be credited within 7 working days of the successful transaction

Steps to redeem

1. Place your order on the EatSure App.
2. Use Kiwi UPI as the mode of payment at checkout.
3. Pay via Kiwi using “goaxb” UPI handle.

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer will be valid till 31st January, 2025.
2. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
3. Offer shall not be valid on Canceled/Refunded transactions.
4. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
5. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
6. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
7. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
8. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
9. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme.
10. This offer’s Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
11. Kiwi (GoKiwi Tech Private Limited) does not guarantee the delivery of the EatSure Offer in relation to this partnership and is not liable for damages, if any.
