1. Eligibility
   1. The Kiwi Kickoff Offer 4 is exclusively for customers who can see the offer on Kiwi app.
   2. The first transaction using YES BANK Klick Credit Card, AU Bank KOSMO Credit Card, or PNB x Kiwi Credit Card must be of ₹100 or more for the user to qualify for the offer.
   3. The offer is limited to once per customer.
   4. The offer applies exclusively to the first transaction of YES BANK Klick Credit Card, AU Bank KOSMO Credit Card, or PNB x Kiwi Credit Card.
   5. On completion of a successful eligible transaction, the user will receive 240 Kiwis (equivalent to ₹60).
   6. Kiwi reserves the right to determine cardholders' eligibility for the Kiwi Kickoff Offer 4 and to disqualify any cardholder who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
   7. The Kiwi Kickoff Offer 4 shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered for the Kiwi Kickoff Offer 4. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
   8. Rewards under the Kiwi Kickoff Offer 4 will be won in the form of “Kiwis” and 4 Kiwis will equal ₹1.

3. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
4. The offer is not valid on cancelled, reversed, refunded, or failed transactions.
5. In case of any dispute relating to eligibility, reward crediting, refunds, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the final decision shall rest with Kiwi.
6. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw the offer and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
7. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary and cardholders may choose to not participate in any offer
8. For purposes of clarity, Kiwi does not guarantee any reward to any cardholder.
9. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Cardholders should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
