1. Eligibility
- This offer is open only to users who have been specifically selected and notified by Kiwi via in-app notification on Kiwi, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.
- Only transactions on YES BANK Klick Credit Card will be eligible.
- This offer is valid only on eligible card transactions converted to EMI after the transaction from the Card Management Section on the Kiwi app (Post-Transaction EMI). The Post EMI conversion must be completed within the Offer Period.
- The date of the original transaction is not relevant, provided the transaction is otherwise eligible for conversion under the applicable card terms.
- The offer shall continue during the Offer Period unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier by Kiwi at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
- Kiwi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Offer Overview
- Customers who convert eligible card transactions after the transaction from the Card Management Section on the Kiwi app during the Offer Period, as communicated by Kiwi, will receive a 100% cashback equivalent to the processing fee.
- User can get 100% cashback on Processing fees only upto 3 times during the offer period.
- Cashback will be calculated only on the processing fee and not on the transaction amount or interest.
- All standard card, EMI, and rewards terms & conditions apply.

3. Reward Crediting
- Eligible users who qualify and meet all offer criteria will have their rewards credited to their account.
- Rewards will be processed within 7 working days of successful completion of the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise communicated.
- The cashback will be credited to customers in the form of “Kiwis”.
- These Kiwis can be redeemed to the savings account linked to the “goaxb” UPI ID.
- Each “Kiwi” is currently worth INR 0.25/-.
4. General Offer Terms
- Customers' participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Offer shall not be valid on cancelled, reversed, failed, or refunded transactions.
- Kiwis earned on purchases will be reverted if the transaction is returned or refunded.
- Kiwi reserves the right to change, modify, extend, suspend, or prematurely withdraw the offer at its sole discretion.
- Kiwi reserves the right to disqualify any customer who does not meet the offer requirements or where misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements are identified.
- In case of any dispute, the final decision regarding reward eligibility, reward amount, and reward credit shall rest solely with the Company.
- The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or costs incurred while availing rewards.
- Kiwi Rewards may be modified, discontinued, or revised without prior notice.
- Kiwi reserves the right to change the reward accrual mechanism or programme structure at its sole discretion.
- These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in substitution of any other applicable Kiwi terms.
- No two offers can be clubbed. If multiple offers are applicable simultaneously, only one offer may be availed at Kiwi's discretion.
