1. Eligibility
   1. Only users who have got the communication from Kiwi via Whatsapp
   2. Valid only on transactions done from Rupay Credit Card on Kiwi
2. The winner will be notified via phone number associated with their Kiwi account and/or through the Kiwi platform on 22nd March, 2024 at 12:00:00pm
3. To claim the prize, the winner must accept the notification for the prize within six (6) hours of communication
4. Once accepted, Kiwi will contact the winner on details regarding the tickets
5. User spends in the below merchant categories will be excluded from the offer milestone calculation:
   1. Repayments
   2. Fuel & Service stations
   3. Jewellery
   4. Cash Withdrawal
   5. Wallet Load
   6. Insurance
   7. Education
   8. Government Services
   9. Rent
   10. Utilities
   11. EMI
   12. Purchases converted to EMI Post-Facto
   13. Payment of Card Fees & Other Charges
6. For category classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code received by Kiwi during the transaction.
7. Customer eligibility for the offer is at the sole discretion of Kiwi, and Kiwi reserves the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity, any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations.
8. In case of a dispute, the final decision lies with the Kiwi.
9. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer.
10. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any offer. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
11. By accepting the prize notification, the winner provides consent to Kiwi to share his/ her details with third parties (including NPCI) for the fulfilment of the prize.
12. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
13. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in normal course of availing the prize.
14. We also reserve the right to discontinue the the prize without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the offer.
