You earn points called Kiwis when you pay with a credit card issued through the Kiwi app.

Kiwis are earned on payment amounts in multiples of Rs 100. How many you earn depends on the type of payment and the card you hold.

Kiwi Neon members earn 2% on scan and pay. Kiwi Boost members earn 1% on online payments.

Your savings account needs to be linked to the app to receive the money.

Kiwis for a payment are usually credited shortly after the payment completes.

Yes. The most you can earn in a month on a credit card issued through Kiwi is 1% of your credit limit.

So on a limit of Rs 1,00,000, your monthly reward limit is Rs 1,000, which is 4,000 Kiwis.

The limit resets on the 1st of each month. Kiwi Neon milestone rewards are over and above this limit.

How rewards work

When a payment is refunded or reversed, the rewards earned on it are reversed as well. This is why a reward can appear and then be removed.

If you have not had a refund on that payment, write to us from the ###Need Help### section with the transaction details and we will check it.

Check that a savings account is linked to your Kiwi app, as Kiwis are redeemed into a linked account.

If an account is linked and redemption still fails, try a different linked account, or try again a little later.

When rewards do not arrive

Surprise rewards are what you earn when you pay using a linked savings account or a RuPay credit card that was not issued through Kiwi.

After a payment completes, an icon appears on the success screen. Tap it within 30 seconds to reveal your reward.

The amount varies with each payment. Surprise rewards are not available on payments started from another app, and they are reversed if the payment is refunded.

Yes. You can earn up to 400 Kiwis a month from payments made with linked savings accounts and other RuPay credit cards.

Payments need to be at least Rs 50 to qualify.

Rewards from merchant offers and brand deals are over and above this limit.

Surprise rewards

Kiwi Neon is an annual membership that gives you:

It runs for 1 year from the date you join and can be renewed. It is available to holders of credit cards issued through the Kiwi app.

Kiwi Neon costs Rs 999 plus 18% GST for the year.

It does not renew automatically. You will be told when your renewal is due.

As your eligible spending for the year grows, you unlock a higher cashback rate, applied to your eligible spends:

The cashback you have already earned during the year counts towards this total, so the milestone reward is the difference between the two.

Eligible spends are your total spends, less any payments in excluded categories and any amounts that were refunded.

Milestone rewards, including your lounge passes, are credited on the ###last day of the month after### the month in which you reached the milestone.

So a milestone reached in June is credited on 31 July, and one reached in July is credited on 31 August.

The higher cashback rate itself applies from the moment you reach the milestone.

The membership fee is not refundable, and your benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for.

You will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.

Close the app fully and open it again. The payment option should no longer appear.

Kiwi Neon

Kiwi Neon members unlock 1 lounge pass at each spending milestone of Rs 50,000, Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 1,50,000, so 3 in total.

Like milestone cashback, a pass is credited on the last day of the month after the month in which you reached the milestone.

Each pass admits one person for up to 2 hours.

There are two separate time limits on a pass, and both need to be met:

If your pass is still within both windows and the QR code will not generate, write to us from the ###Need Help### section of the app with your travel date and we will sort it out.

Airport lounge access

Kiwi Boost is a 3 month membership that doubles your cashback on eligible online payments, from 0.5% to 1%.

It costs Rs 49 plus applicable taxes, and it is offered to selected customers.

Scan and pay payments continue to earn the standard rate. Excluded categories stay excluded.

No. Kiwi Boost does not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again when it ends.

You can buy it again after it expires, if you are eligible at that time.
