Quick Cash is a personal loan available to eligible customers from the Kiwi app. The money is paid into your bank account and repaid in monthly instalments.

It is separate from converting a card payment into EMI.

Your limit depends on your credit record, your activity on Kiwi and your past repayments.

Your interest rate is shown in the loans section of the app once you have completed the eligibility check.

Repayment tenures range from 3 to 24 months, depending on your profile and the amount.

Yes, your score may be affected for a short time when you take a new loan.

Repaying on time helps keep your score healthy.

Applying

A processing fee is deducted from the loan amount at the time it is paid out, so the amount credited is lower than the amount you applied for.

The fee is shown to you before you confirm the loan.

Money is usually credited within 24 hours.

If it has been longer than that, write to us from the ###Need Help### section of the app with your registered mobile number.

Getting your money

So a loan taken on 25 September has its first instalment on 5 November.

Your instalment is deducted automatically on the 5th of each month from the account you set up.

You can see your upcoming instalments under ###My borrowings### in the app.

The payment reflects in your account within 24 hours.

Yes. If you repay before the due date, the Autopay for that instalment is cancelled automatically, so you will not be charged twice.

Once a loan is fully repaid, you can apply for another one.

Instalment dates and loan terms cannot be changed once the loan is taken.

Write to us from the ###Need Help### section of the app with the dates and amounts, and we will check it.

The bank you set Autopay up with charges a fee when a payment attempt does not go through. This charge is applied by your bank.

Once your final instalment is paid, you can request a No Objection Certificate and a loan closure statement from us through the ###Need Help### section of the app.
