Where a physical card applies, it usually arrives within 5 to 7 days of approval. You can start using the virtual card in the Kiwi app straight away.

Physical cards are issued and replaced by the bank, so this is arranged with them directly:

Please quote the last four digits of your card. Your card continues to work in the Kiwi app once the bank reissues it.

Yes. Enter your Kiwi UPI ID at checkout, then approve the request in the app with your UPI PIN.

You can also pay using your card number, expiry and CVV, though payments made that way do not earn rewards.

Your card

Your limit is set by the bank based on your income, credit history and existing credit commitments.

Limit increases are decided by the bank that issued your card, so please contact them directly after you have used the card for some time.

Tap your card on the Kiwi app home screen and open ###Card management###. You can set limits there.

Any further payments are declined until you pay down your balance.

For the AU Bank KOSMO Credit Card, you can do this from ###Card management### in the Kiwi app, or from the AU Bank app.

For the Yes Bank Klick Credit Card and the PNB KIWI Card, please use your bank's own app, or call them.

Temporarily blocking your card is done from your bank's own app, not from the Kiwi app.

If your card has been lost or you think it has been misused, contact your bank straight away.

Limits and controls

This is different from a Quick Cash loan EMI, which is a separate product with its own section.

EMI needs the payment to be above a minimum amount, and the minimum depends on your card:

Some merchant categories are also excluded from EMI. These include fuel, jewellery, utilities, insurance and financial services, telecom and cable, and government payments.

If your payment is above the minimum and the merchant is not in an excluded category, write to us from the ###Need Help### section with the transaction details and we will check it.

Once a payment is converted to EMI it cannot be cancelled or reversed. The EMI runs for the tenure you selected.

On a No Cost EMI, the interest charged by the bank is returned to you as cashback.

On a 3 month No Cost EMI chosen at the time of payment, the cashback is credited straight away.

The cashback appears as its own separate entry, rather than as a reduction in the payment amount, so you will see two entries for the same purchase.

Your full EMI schedule is sent to you by the bank at your registered email address.

A breakdown view is not available in the Kiwi app at the moment.

Yes, converting your full outstanding balance into EMI is possible, but it is arranged by the bank rather than through the Kiwi app.

Please contact your card issuing bank to set it up.

EMI on transactions

Your number needs to be updated with your bank first, because your card is registered against it. Contact your card issuing bank to do this.

Once the bank has updated it, update it in the Kiwi app:

Please keep the SIM for the new number in your phone, as it is needed to link your UPI ID again.

Your email address can be updated in the ###Profile### section of the Kiwi app.

Your address is held by the bank that issued your card, so please contact them to change it.

Yes. Your existing Axis Bank KWIK Credit Card continues to work in the Kiwi app.

New Axis Bank KWIK Credit Card applications are not open at present.
