Additional Terms and Conditions of YES BANK Kiwi PayLater

1. I/We authorise YES BANK to make any enquiries regarding my application, including without limitation, to carry out verification /validations /authenticity check of my documents / information so provided in my application or gathered through the device I have applied through, by using technology enabled algorithms or processes (either by itself or through its various service providers) & give consent to the Bank to disclose, without notice to me/us, information furnished by me/us in application form(s)/related documents executed in relation to the facilities availed from the Bank, other branches/subsidiaries/affiliates, credit bureaus/rating agencies, service providers and/or their agents/partners/ vendors whether located in India or overseas, as it deems fit. I/We also acknowledge the right of the Bank to provide/share details of my/our account/application to such service providers and/or their agents/partners/vendors for any activities related to the Credit Line On UPI operations or above stated verification activities. List of these service providers are available here . I/We acknowledge that the Bank may assign any activities related to the Credit Line On UPI operations and/or share my information / related documents for above mentioned activities of verification /validations /authenticity check to any service provider appointed by the Bank, whether located in India or overseas and whether a YES BANK Group entity or a third party, at its sole discretion, in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Furthermore, I agree and acknowledge that the use of the information furnished by me/us in application form(s)/related documents for the above purposes, to the Bank and/or above transferees shall not be made make basis for any complaint, claim, suit, demand or cause of action or other proceeding against the Bank or the transferees by me or any party claiming under my name, as legal heirs/successors.I/We, unconditionally authorize YES BANK, it's agents, associates, representatives and third parties engaged with the bank to contact me for cross-sell of supplementary products like EMI, Insurance, Loan, etc., marking promotions, special offers or any such information from time to time.
2. I/We hereby give your consent and authorize Yes Bank to initiate your application through online Prefill product provided by TransUnion CIBIL basis name and mobile number submitted by you. You hereby also agree that in case of any error or mistake in any of the field during prefill of application, you shall inform us immediately for rectifying such errors or mistakes without any recourse to TransUnion CIBIL and TransUnion CIBIL does not guarantee accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information provided.
3. Under YES Bank's Go Green initiative, I agree to receive the digital version of BCSBI (Banking Codes and Standards Board of India), Credit Line On UPI Member Agreement and Usage guide and access the same from the YES BANK website for reference.I hereby agree and understand that, in case I have been issued with the Business Credit Line On UPI then the same shall be used solely for business related expenses only and not for personal usage.
4. I hereby confirm that I am currently residing at the above mentioned address. In the event of any change in my current residence address, I will intimate the same to the bank within two weeks of change. Also, I confirm that my permanent address is captured as per my Aadhar.
