Activating your Credit Line
- Open the Kiwi app and tap 'Activate Credit Line' on the home screen
- Enter the first 6 digits of your Aadhaar card
- Enter the OTP sent by the bank
- Set your MPIN (enter twice to confirm) and your credit line is now active
Making Payments
- Use your activated credit line for UPI payments on all enabled UPI merchants via the Kiwi app
- Your credit line is virtual, so no physical card is issued
- Cash withdrawal is not supported
Viewing Statements
- Go to Credit Line Management on the Kiwi homepage
- Tap 'Past Bills' and select the desired month
- Statements are also sent to your registered email address
Paying Your Bill
- Pay outstanding dues via any UPI ID linked to other bank accounts directly on the Kiwi app
- Option to pay the Minimum Amount Due to protect your credit score
Managing your Credit Limit
- Credit limit is determined by income, credit history, and obligations
- Available limit = Total limit minus amount due minus unbilled purchases minus outstanding loan balances
- To request a limit increase, contact Yes Bank after a few months of usage
- In-app limit upgrades are not currently supported
Closing Your Account
- Go to Profile → Need Help on the Kiwi homepage
- Raise a ticket for Kiwi Postpaid account closure and provide the reason
- Closure is not possible if you have pending dues, active loans, or open disputes
