   4. Continue to make payment and at the payment page select the Kiwi UPI app displayed on the page or enter your Kiwi UPI handle and make the payment using Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card or any RuPay Credit Card on UPI.

   4. Continue to make payment and at the payment page select the Kiwi UPI app displayed on the page or enter your Kiwi UPI handle and make the payment using Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card or any RuPay Credit Card on UPI.

5. Other Terms and Conditions:

   1. The Offer is applicable only on booking of Flights/Hotels only through the above-mentioned Online Travel Aggregators (i.e. MakeMyTrip, EaseMytrip, Ixigo and Yatra) via their official website or mobile application.
   2. Customer will have to apply the above-mentioned Promocode and make payment using RuPay Credit Card on UPI to become eligible for cashback.
   3. Cashback will be credited into the merchant wallet linked to the mobile/Email id of the customer on the above-mentioned Online Travel aggregators.
   4. The Offer is valid every day from 1st April to 30th April ‘24.
   5. Customers availing this offer is deemed to have accepted the T&Cs defined by the online travel aggregators (i.e. MakeMyTrip, EaseMytrip, Ixigo and Yatra) through which he is booking Flights/Hotels.
   6. MakeMyTrip, EaseMytrip, Ixigo and Yatra are the sole authority for the interpretation of T&Cs defined on their website/mobile application.
   7. Any queries related to Cashback/Cancellation/Refund/Modification shall be entertained only by the online travel aggregators (i.e. MakeMyTrip, EaseMytrip, Ixigo and Yatra). Kiwi shall not be held responsible/liable for crediting the cashback.
   8. Neither NPCI nor Kiwi shall be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of its services.
   9. NPCI and Kiwi reserve the right to disqualify/ exclude any Cardholder from the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
   10. Neither NPCI nor Kiwi shall be responsible/liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
   11. All disputes between the customers and Bank or Online Travel Aggregators (i.e. MakeMyTrip, EaseMytrip, Ixigo and Yatra), if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
