1. Eligibility

   Rs.1000 cashback on Scan & Pay transaction of Rs.10000 and above between 00:00:00 am and 23:59:59 pm on 29th October 2024.

   Offer is applicable on using only the Axis Bank Kwik credit card, or Yes Bank Klick credit card, on the Kiwi App.

2. Kiwi Rewards

   1. Cashback will be visible in the form of a festive icon after eligible successful transactions, and customers will be required to click on the festive icons to get the cashback.
   2. The cashback will be earned in the form of reward points, called as "Kiwis"
   3. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked savings account at any time
   4. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth INR 0.25/-

3. Offer Terms

   1. Rs.1000 Cashback on Scan & Pay transaction of Rs.10000 and above, made using Axis Bank Kwik credit card, or Yes Bank Klick credit card, on the Kiwi App
   2. Valid only on the transaction done using “goaxb” UPI handle on Kiwi,only once per user during the offer period
   3. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace this offer without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company
   4. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/scheme.
   5. The offer to be availed only by customers after completing the transaction for the order on Kiwi, by claiming the surprise on the transaction completion page

4. Terms & Conditions

   1. The offer will be valid between 00:00:00 am and 23:59:59 pm on 29th October 2024.
   2. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer
   3. Offer shall not be valid on Canceled/Refunded transactions. In such cases, earned rewards will be removed from customer’s total rewards wallet
   4. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion

   6. Please note: For the purpose of determining MCC, Kiwi will rely on the MCC code passed by the merchant at the time of transaction. Kiwi has no role in determining MCC of any of the transactions.
   7. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited
   8. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company
   9. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards
   10. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards
   11. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme
   12. This offer’s Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
