Razorpay Surprise Cashback

1. Eligibility

   1. Customers will be eligible for the offer for the transactions done using Credit Card through Kiwi on Razorpay Standard Checkout Pages between 06:00:00 pm on 04th September, 2025 and 11:59:59 pm on 30th September, 2025.
   2. This offer is applicable only to select users and on select merchants only.

2. Kiwi Rewards

   1. The points that the customers will earn will be called “Kiwis.”
   2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their “goaxb” UPI ID–linked savings account at any time.
   3. Each “Kiwi” will currently be worth INR 0.25.
   4. Kiwis will be credited within 7 working days of the successful transaction.

3. Offer Terms

   1. Surprise Cashback of any value between INR 1 and INR 100 on successfully completing the transaction using Kiwi on Razorpay Standard Checkout Pages.
   2. Minimum order value of Rs 249 is required.
   3. Offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
   4. Valid only on transactions done through credit card on the Kiwi App.
   5. Maximum cashback is capped at INR 100.
   6. Razorpay and Kiwi reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or replace this offer at their sole discretion without prior notice.
   7. Offer valid only on Selected Razorpay Standard Checkout Pages.
   8. The offer is to be availed by customers only after completing the transaction for the order on Kiwi.

4. Terms & Conditions

   1. Customer participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
   2. Offer shall not be valid on canceled/refunded transactions.
   3. We reserve the right to change, modify, or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
   4. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any customer who does not meet the offer requirements or for reasons including but not limited to misuse, fraud, suspicious transaction/activity, or compliance with legal requirements or regulations, from receiving or retaining any reward.
   5. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
   6. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
   7. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
   8. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme.
   9. This offer’s Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
   10. Kiwi (GoKiwi Tech Private Limited) does not guarantee the delivery of the Razorpay Offer in relation to this partnership and is not liable for damages, if any.
