Razorpay Cashback

1. Eligibility

   Customers will be eligible for the offer for the transaction done using Kiwi on Razorpay Standard Checkout Pages between 03:00:00 pm on 11th March, 2025 and 11:59:59 pm on 31st August, 2025.

2. Kiwi Rewards

   1. The points that the customers will earn will be called as "Kiwis"
   2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked savings account at any time
   3. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth INR 0.25/-
   4. The Kiwis will be credited within 7 working days of the successful transaction

3. Offer Terms

   1. Surprise Cashback of any value between INR 1 and INR 100 on successfully completing the transaction using Kiwi on Razorpay Standard Checkout Pages.
   2. No minimum order value.
   3. Maximum cashback is capped at INR 100.
   4. Offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
   5. Valid only on the transactions done using “goaxb” UPI handle on Kiwi.
   6. Offer valid only on Razorpay Standard Checkout Pages.
   7. Razorpay and Kiwi reserve the right to withdraw, modify or replace this offer without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
   8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/scheme.
   9. The offer is to be availed by customers only after completing the transaction for the purchase on Kiwi.

4. Terms & Conditions

   1. The offer will be valid till 31st August, 2025.
   2. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
   3. Offer shall not be valid on Canceled/Refunded transactions.
   4. Kiwis earned on purchases will be reverted if the product is returned or refunded.
   5. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
   6. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
   7. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
   8. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
   9. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
   10. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme.
   11. This offer’s Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
   12. Kiwi (GoKiwi Tech Private Limited) does not guarantee the delivery of the Razorpay Offer in relation to this partnership and is not liable for damages, if any.
