Offer for new Kiwi users:

1. Eligibility

   Customers will be eligible for the offer for the first transaction done using Kiwi on abCoffee from 20th December, 2024 to 31st January, 2025.

2. Offer Terms

   1. 100% Cashback on successfully completing the first transaction using Kiwi on abCoffee for buying a coffee.
   2. No minimum order value is required.
   3. Maximum cashback is capped at INR 147.
   4. Offer is valid once per user for the offer period.
   5. The offer on the first transaction on abCoffee can be availed by completing the transaction using “goaxb” UPI handle on Kiwi.
   6. Offer is valid only at the official offline abCoffee stores in Mumbai.
   7. Offer is not valid on online delivery.
   8. abCoffee and Kiwi reserve the right to withdraw, modify or replace this offer without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
   9. The offer can be availed by customers only after completing the transaction for the order on Kiwi.

Offer for Axis Bank Kwik or Yes Bank Klick

1. Eligibility

   Customers will be eligible for the offer for the transactions done using Kiwi on abCoffee from 20th December, 2024 to 31st January, 2025.

2. Offer Terms

   1. 100% Cashback on successfully completing the transaction using Kiwi on abCoffee for buying a coffee.
   2. No minimum order value is required.
   3. Maximum cashback is capped at INR 147.
   4. Offer is valid once per day per user for the offer period.
   5. Axis Bank Kwik cardholder or a Yes Bank Klick cardholder can avail the offer ten times during the offer period.
   6. The offer can be availed only by completing the transaction using the Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card or the Yes Bank Klick Credit Card via “goaxb” UPI handle on Kiwi.
   7. Offer is valid only at the official abCoffee stores in Mumbai.
   8. Offer is not valid on online delivery.
   9. abCoffee and Kiwi reserve the right to withdraw, modify or replace this offer without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company
   10. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/scheme.
   11. The offer can be availed by customers only after completing the transaction for the order on Kiwi.

Kiwi Rewards

1. The points that the customers will earn will be called as "Kiwis"
2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked savings account at any time
3. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth INR 0.25/-
4. Kiwis will be credited within 7 working days

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer will be valid till 31st January, 2025.
2. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
3. Offer shall not be valid on Canceled/Refunded transactions.
4. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
5. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
6. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
7. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
8. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
9. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme.
10. This offer’s Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
11. Kiwi does not guarantee the delivery of the abCoffee Offers in relation to this partnership and is not liable for damages, if any.
