Kiwi Kookout – July 2025

Offer: On your YES Bank Klick Credit Card issued on Kiwi, spend ₹10,000 or more between 00:00:00 am on 1st July 2025 and 11:59:59 pm on 16th July 2025, and get an EazyDiner 2 month membership voucher.

1. Eligibility
   1. The Kiwi Kookout is exclusively for customers who have received the offer communication via a push notification or WhatsApp, or customers who can see the offer on Kiwi’s mobile app.
   2. The offer is limited to once per customer.
   3. The offer applies to customers with a cumulative spend amount of ₹10,000 or more using the YES Bank Klick Credit Card issued on Kiwi during the offer period.
   4. The offer shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform. Transactions where a refund has been initiated will not be considered.
   5. Kiwi reserves the right to determine cardholders' eligibility for the offer and to disqualify any cardholder who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage, legal, or regulatory norms.
   6. Winners will receive a 2 month membership voucher of EazyDiner via email by 15th August 2025.

3. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
4. Customer eligibility for the offer is at the sole discretion of Kiwi, and Kiwi reserves the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity, any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations.
5. In case of a dispute, the final decision lies with the Kiwi
6. Customers selected are at the sole discretion of Kiwi
7. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer
8. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any offer. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
9. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
10. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
